about

The Classical Guitar Trio and images of frozen movement bring to you the blue of the desert sky and the landscape that appears still, dusty, and blazing but is always in motion toward the cooling evening and lights of the night.

Cassation For Guitar Trio
was written in 1996-7 for an opening night museum exhibition by Surrealist Artist Philip C. Curtis in Tempe Arizona. Fast forwarding twenty years brings the premiere recording of the piece, this time set with the photographic images of a drive home from Tucson by photographer Theresa Tarara.
